Refund and Returns Policy

Returns will be taken if the product is defective at the time of Receiving. You have to make a video of opening your parcel and check the product in the same video, if you got any kind of defect, the product will be approved for Return & Refund.

For Return, the customer has to send the parcel back to the godown address. Once the Parcel is received to our Location we will initiate the Refund / Exchange the Product as per the customer needs.

Refund will be initiated within 2-3 Working Days after receiving the Return Product.
