How much time does it take for an order to arrive?

Usually it takes 1-3 business days in all major cities of India, for Tier II/Tier III towns it takes 3-5 business days, for rest of the India it usually takes 7-10 business days.

What are the delivery charges to my location?

We charge nominal fee according to KG

How can I Track my order status?

You will receive the mail regarding your shipment details and tracking id will be provided along with the tracking URL of the courier service.

How can I cancel or change my order?

Just drop an email to orders@kaurfashions.com with reference number of your purchase order. In case we have not shipped it yet, we will cancel your order, else you will have to send it back to us and we will offer you a refund or exchange.

Do you accepts returns?

Yes, we have 7 days ( from the date of order ) returns policy on all products above Rs.1000

I have paid via netbanking/debit/credit card, how will I get refund?

You have to mail us at orders@kaurfashions.com with the order number and send us the bank details to get a refund.

If the product is damaged?

You have to mail us the photo of the defected product at orders@kaurfashions.com with the order number and item name. Our Team will verify it and refund or exchange the product. We will coordinate with customers on call for refund or exchange of the product.
